- The products are in the same condition as when you received them.
- The products are unopened and unused.
- The products were purchased directly through www.ignuf.com
- The return is initiated within a 30-day period from receipt.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying any associated shipping fees when returning an order.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods arrive safely.
- For items valued over £50.00 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any issues.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.
