Eligibility Criteria

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges can only be issued if:

    • The products are damaged or defective.
    • The products are in the same condition as when you received them.
    • The products are unopened and unused.
    • The products were purchased directly through www.ignuf.com
    • The return is initiated within a 30-day period from receipt.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying any associated shipping fees when returning an order.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods arrive safely.
  • For items valued over £50.00 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any issues.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.
