This tropical-inspired pre-workout drink combines the energy-boosting potential of our Cordyceps liquid extract with the vibrant, refreshing taste of pineapple juice. It’s the perfect way to power up before hitting the gym or the track!

Tropical Cordyceps Pre-Workout Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of 100% pure pineapple juice (cold)
  • 1 dropper (1 ml) of Ignuf Cordyceps liquid extract
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice (for a zesty kick)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder (optional, for added anti-inflammatory benefits)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:
